Questions
Good to know
Still unsure? Email hello@xclusivetemplate.com — we reply within one business day.
How does it work?
Join, and every product page shows a “Download — free with All Access” button. Click it and the file is yours, saved in your account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — from this page in one click. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and you keep every file you downloaded.
Can I sell what I make?
Yes. You can sell physical products made with our designs — shirts, tumblers, signs, cards, laser-cut items. You can’t resell or share the digital files. See the licence.
I have a code from my Etsy download.
Enter it on the Stripe checkout page after you click Join — it applies automatically.
Is there a download limit?
A fair-use limit of 150 downloads a day keeps the catalogue safe. Need more for a big project? Email hello@xclusivetemplate.com.
Which payment methods do you take?
All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link — processed securely by Stripe.
